For me, I'm not laughing

This is another re-posting from the original Hairy Green Eyeball blog. It appeared on June 17, 2008, and deserves to be seen again.

The original art for this 1978 6-page Bernie Wrightson story sold at auction for over $15,500. Wouldn't it be nice to have that kind of money to spend on this sort of thing? I wish I did.

    Yeah, while the conclusion could be anticipated, the execution was none-the-less marvelous.

    $15,500 would probably feel nice in Bernie's back pocket these days too. Amazing story.
